Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
• Digital products

How to Request a Return

Contact us on Discord or via email at support@planetpenspinning.com with your order ID and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
